She probably put some foundation, neutral eyeshadow and lightly brushed some white in her inner eye corner.For the lips she most probably put lip tint.

First start off by washing your face and moisturizing, you need a clean canvas to "paint" on your makeup.

1. Prime your face, if you do not have a face primer, skip this step.
2. Select a nice liquid foundation for your skin type, whatever works best for you!
3. Place about a dime size amount of foundation on the back of your hand and use a sponge to dab it on your face, if you run out of foundation before you are done covering your face, take a little bit more, build up the foundation, do not put it on all at once. Make sure you blend it into your hair and jaw line.
3. Conceal any dots,redness,blemishes or under eye shadows with a liquid concealer. Use a sponge again to apply this and dab it on.
4.This step is OPTIONAL, since she has nice warm skin, you can add abit of bronzer to your face. Contour your cheek bones too. And in a circular motion apply to your face,lightly, and with a blush brush.
5. Apply blush to the apples of your cheeks, smile and in a circular motion apply the blush you wish to use that is suited for your skin tone.
6.Finishing powder, pressed powder or loose powder that is close to your skin tone should do. Apply it lightly in a circular motion with a brush and also blend into your jaw line and hair line.
7. Prime your eyes with an eye primer (like urban decays primer potion) OPTIONAL IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PRIMER! If you do not have a primer, use your liquid concealer of your eyes, but not too much that your eyelids are wet, because the eyeshadow will be hard to blend.
8. Take a soft white eyeshadow, and apply on your brow bone and inside corners of your eye.
9.Take a gold-tone colour and apply it all over the lid, extending a little in the outer corners of the eye.
10. Take a light brown eyeshadow and put that lightly in your crease.
11. Apply a slightly shimmery pink shadow, lightly from the middle of your lid to the outer corner without extending it. This is for added warmth.
12.Blend! Blend well so the colours flow together.
13.Apply a black pencil liner to your full top lid, and smudge it abit.
14.Apply some black eyeliner to your tight line which is the bottom of your top lid, so under your top eyelashes.
15. From the inside corners of your eye, apply black eyeliner and extend about a quarter of it on your bottom lash line. Lightly but not too light.
16. Curl your lashes! Then, apply two coats of your favourite mascara to your top and bottom lashes. OPTIONAL, for the full out look apply fake lashes.
17. Apply a light gold shimmery lig gloss and your done!
